Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.
Shipping Within Canada
Most orders are shipped through Canada Post using parcel services. Other Canadian carriers may be used when appropriate depending on the destination, package size and available shipping service.
For selected small, thin, and lightweight items, an optional Canada Post Lettermail service may be available at checkout. Lettermail is an untracked envelope service and is available only for eligible products. Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight and available shipping service.
Shipping costs may be higher for remote or rural destinations and certain northern regions of Canada.
When multiple items are ordered, we will combine them into one shipment whenever practical to help reduce shipping costs. Any available free-shipping or promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time
Most Canadian orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping service.
Remote and rural destinations may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email when a tracked order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to begin updating.
Canada Post Lettermail and some other low-cost shipping methods for small or lightweight items do not include tracking. When applicable, this will be indicated during checkout.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holiday volumes, remote destinations and other circumstances outside our control.
L&S Small Engine Parts cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, but we will assist customers when reasonable if a shipment experiences an unexpected issue.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a tracked shipment appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details. For damaged shipments, photos of the package and product may be required to assist with the claim.
Because Lettermail does not include tracking, shipment progress and delivery confirmation are not available for orders sent using this service.
Canadian Shipping Only
At this time, L&S Small Engine Parts ships within Canada only. International and U.S. shipping are not currently available.
